We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Services.

1. What We Collect

• Account info: Email, hashed password, and tenant associations
• Third-party sign-in data: If you sign in with Google, we collect your verified email and name (if available) from Google. We do not collect your password for Google logins.
• API usage data: Metadata such as request type, profile ID, tenant ID, and timestamp
• Processed profiles: Structured trait and preference data extracted from your input

We do not store the raw input data submitted to our profiling API beyond the time needed to process it. All inputs are processed in-memory or transiently and then discarded.

2. How We Use It

• To provide and improve the Services
• To manage user accounts, quotas, and billing
• To generate and persist structured profiles
• To respond to support inquiries
• To analyze aggregated, non-identifiable usage patterns

3. Data Processing

Profiling data is processed using LLMs to extract personality traits, interests, and preferences. Only the resulting profile data is stored. Original input data is deleted immediately after processing.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties except:

• Stripe (for secure payment processing)
• Your configured webhook endpoints (e.g. Zapier, if used)
• Google (as an identity provider, if you use Sign in with Google; see Google Privacy Policy)
• When required by law

5. Cookies

Our dashboard may use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

6. Data Retention

We retain:

• User account and subscription data while your account is active
• Processed profile data for as long as needed for your app or plan
• No raw input data is retained after processing is complete

You may delete your account and associated data via the dashboard or by contacting us.

7. Security

We apply industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, encryption, database access control, and periodic audits.

8. International Use

By using the Services, you consent to data processing in the jurisdictions where we or our providers operate.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your stored data. You may request data deletion at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes through the dashboard or email.
